The 2010 T20 World Cup will be held in the West Indies between 30 April and 16 May . Matches will be played in two beautiful Islands St. Lucia and Barbados.
West Indies will host the next T20 World Cup Tournament set for 2010. The International Cricket Council decided to hold the T20 World Cup in successive years to avoid staging two major events in the same year, with the one day 50 over World Cup taking place in South Africa in 2011.
The 2010 tournament in the West Indies will again be a festival of exciting and attractive cricket. The West Indies will be favoured on home soil but teams from the sub continent will again provide stern opposition. However, the very nature of T20 makes prediction unreliable. What can be assured is another outstanding few weeks of top class sporting entertainment.
